Ergonomics and Anthropometry Part 1.

1. Compare the two types of setup and state reasons why one of the setup is preferred.
I prefer the second setup as it is not so cluttered and more space which makes us fee more comfortable with the place and we will work better when we are relaxed.
2. What are the area of considerations when designing a conducive and comfortable workplace?

We have to think of the space avaliable for them to move around.The comfort of the chair.The lighting and the distance of the computer to its eyes.

3. State the why these considerations are important.

As they have sat at the same place for long hours, hence space is needed for them to stretch. The comfort of the chair is also important as they will be sitting there for hours. The lighting so it will not be too bright until they are unable to see the screen of the computer and not to dark as they won't be able to see what they are writing on the paper. The distance as they will be looking at the computer for hours and suitable distance is also needed for good eyesight.
